With having negotiated the withdrawal of an additional 18,841 acres surrounding the original grandfathered lease and with the blessing of all levels of government as well as the stake holders of the land, we (Slave Lake Zinc) are ready and prepared to advance this historic mine with modern techniques to fulfill the potential of the withdrawal for the benefit of the stake holders and shareholders of Slave Lake Zinc.

Sorrento Resources Ltd. is engaged in the business of mineral exploration and the acquisition of mineral property assets in Canada.  Its objective is to locate and develop economic precious and base metal properties of merit and to conduct its exploration program on the Wing Pond Property located in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Spearmint Resources Inc. is a mineral exploration company whose principal business activities include acquiring, exploring and evaluating mineral properties. Spearmint currently has exploration and evaluation assets located in both Canada and the United States of America.

Spey Resources Corp. (“Spey”) is a junior mineral exploration company. Spey is engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring and evaluating natural resource properties.

Spey has an option to acquire a 100% undivided interest in the Silver Basin Property (the “Property”) located in the Revelstoke Mining Division, of southern British Columbia.

Spod Lithium Corp. is a mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition and development of mineral properties containing battery, base, and precious metals. 

St-Georges develops new technologies to solve some of the most common environmental problems in the mining sector, including maximizing metal recovery and full-circle battery recycling. The Company explores for nickel & PGEs on the Manicouagan and Julie Projects on Quebec’s North Shore and has multiple exploration projects in Iceland, including the Thor Gold Project. Starlo Ventures Ltd. is engaged in the business of mineral exploration with a focus on precious metals. The Issuer’s current objective is to explore and, if warranted, develop its Mount Richards Property, an exploration stage gold and silver property located 7.5km north of the town of Duncan, on the southern part of Vancouver Island, British Columbia. The Mount Richards Property consists of 19 contiguous registered mineral tenures totaling approximately 2,721 hectares.

Starmet Ventures principal business activities include the exploration of mineral resource properties with an emphasis on the property located in Esmeralda County, Nevada.

Steadright Critical Minerals Inc. is a junior mining exploration company established in 2019 and incorporated in the Province of Ontario. Steadright currently holds an option on its property, specifically in Port Cartier, Gaspe Region of Quebec Canada, accessible by route 138. Steadright's Quebec project, the RAM Project, is comprised of 4,201 acres. The RAM property is located on a highly prospective geological unit and historically has been under-explored for Ni, Co, Cu, and precious metals. Steadright also has an option agreement for the B2 Project exploring for Cu and Ag located in the Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean region of Quebec.

Stearman Resources Inc. principal business is the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral resource properties. Its objective is to locate, define and ultimately develop economic mineral deposits. Currently, the Company is focused on the exploration and development of the Miniac Property located in the northern Abitibi region of the province of Quebec, Canada.
